Silly shift hours. They don't make enough money on the stock so they need 2 shifts in order to process as much kit as possible in order to make a decent profit, thus putting stupid targets on staff. Team leaders don't really care about you warehouse staff looked down upon so unless you brown nose, you can't progress.
