The management The traffic getting off the industrial estate The pay for what you're expected to do The company picks and chooses what "Cooperate policies" they wish to use rather than committing. This is an issue because the company itself is in a strange middle ground of itself being a small private company yet trying to implement policies like its a multination corporation. This has created a stifling and stressful atmosphere which is not very rewarding or positive for the work force. For example, the warehouse staff get monitored and graded like they are just working cogs in an amazon warehouse but have none of the benefits that come with such scrutiny. It's similar story in the office. The way the place is run breeds a strange kind of culture which, when i left i realised how awful it was. after working in several companies afterwards i truly apricated how poisonous the culture there was.
