Absolutely NO ONE cares what everyone does from over charging clients for worked performed, to falsifying documentation of Holiday pay just to keep the front-line employees happy because they have such a high turnover rate which is a result of one word "MANAGEMENT."

We would not have that kind of sustained success if we were not creating strong and meaningful partnerships with our clients. We would agree that Employment Engagement is a key part of our culture and our ELLWell team does a tremendous at keeping employees motivated (and happy). We also want to thank you for your 10+ years at RDI. As you know, RDI provides resources on site for all concerns. We have a Director of Culture as well as Employee Engagement Manager who always have a door open and ear available to listen and help!

great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
