They attempt to make it fun with "spirit week" every month, on site gym, set schedule

FREEZING in winter, no sick days (so if you have a chronic illness and can't go to the Dr every time you have a flare, it counts against you), management has severe favoritism, morale was honestly better when I worked in the food industry, understaffed especially in certain departments, doesn't pay a living wage so even with the insurance you can't afford Drs appointments/therapy if you need it, management will almost never answer questions especially not in a timely manner, you're told there's annual raises but there's not, the list goes on. Cannot recommend against working here enough, actively looking for a new job, and will be gone the moment I get another offer.

Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
