All of our Data Collectors, both full time and part time, are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan upon completing 6 months of service and 750 worked hours. We currently offer an employer match of .50 on the dollar up to 4% of employee deferral. All employees are eligible to participate in the Stock Purchase Program after 1 year of service. Data Collectors are also eligible for quarterly bonus tied to certain clearly defined performance metrics. Regarding overnight/travel assignments, the company arranges and pays for Data Collector airfare and hotel accommodations, and employees are reimbursed for meals and receive travel premium compensation for that work.
