The only pro I can think of is the flexibility but they are slowly taking that away.

Management does not care at all about the Field employees. They took away our bonus program and have lowered pay on many jobs. You will NEVER receive a salary increase. Encourage part time only but if you don’t volunteer to help, even if you have worked your required hours, you are put on the “BAD” list. District Managers have the ability to remove you from jobs if they get upset with you! Therefore, affecting your income! The culture of the office based in Virginia does not have any respect for field employees. Literally, Minimal to zero training. No communication unless they need something. No encouragement or acknowledgment of hard work. They try and pay you to give good reviews of their company! This is just an awful company who doesn’t understand the basic principles of business and how to treat employees fairly. My only advice is to stay away. You have to use your own car and put miles of wear and tear. Not even a competitive mileage reimbursement and the salary is nowhere near to other hourly rates in other jobs.
