      Flexibility on work hours and days. I work 7 days a week. Have been for about 10 years.

      Poor communication from corporate/management about the recent cyber hack. We were unable to work for 8 days. Has our personal information been exposed? Now we don't have the proper equipment to do our jobs in a decent amount of time. The equipment we currently are using is should tested for a longer period of time. I can't see it ever being fast enough to do our jobs in a reasonable amount of time. It now takes me personally more than twice as long to complete jobs because of our current equipment.

      Flexible, easy to learn the basics and complete self-paced training, and a good option for side income that can work around a main job or busy life. They have a help line to call for trouble with jobs and questions. If you have to leave a voicemail, they are usually pretty good about calling back fairly quickly.

      Sometimes you have to figure out how to do certain jobs on the fly if you haven't done them before, so it can feel a bit like being tossed in and expected to sink or swim. They do have a help line to call if you have trouble figuring it out, though.
