Other brokers are typically seasoned professionals capable of managing their own businesses without the need for a lot of supervision and guidance.

There were not really any. What you see is what you get, and so it was a very straightforward operation. They do not offer a comprehensive training program for new agents, so it's not really a company for those without experience, but they also didn't seem to hire anyone without previous experience.
