Training and outreach is ongoing to all staff. Constructive criticism is openly accepted by senior staff and there is usually follow though evidenced.

Need for weekend and evening hours can sometimes be difficult. As sales work is all on a commission basis, income depends on the skill and committment of each individual worker. The potential is great but you need to work for it. Benefits are available at a cost. They are not included.
