All the basic tools are provided and additional resource, like video interviewing there to use if it works in your industry. The induction training of how to transition from employed to self employed was second to none. The first 6 months to start any business is tough, I was able to recruit and RECwork did the rest. I had a designated Director to support me all the way, with a clear strategy plan. The biggest plus was that I was able to spend all week doing what I do best, selling and resourcing whilst learning through a structured plan on how to run a business. It's hard to put all the support I've had down, overall - it's the excellent support every step of the way. Highlights that helped me succeed are: clear strategy plans and forecasting (was new to me), systems training and 24 hour support response, resourcing team support, sales documents and training and the access to share good news and be part of community. A great group of people sharing ideas and being successful. Ultimately I chose my hours and they is no management pressure so work/life balance is what I create and to run my own business is my greatest achievement
