Great visionary ideas, cool concepts for redevelopment of parking assets, however out of touch with reality state of current business. Long term employees that survived the mergers who care about the parking business and welfare of business. Parking CEO is a good guy but has some poisonous leaders in his team.

Company is powering ahead implementing mass change with little to no planning. Totally winging a major corporate and cultural change with no plan or empowerment of employees. Support departments are a mess. Senior HR leaders sincerely lack integrity, and planning. Company is neglecting the morale and general welfare of their employees as they take on major change which is not putting them in a position to succeed.
