- People work all day and night, often having to take calls at the weekend - There is zero chance to rest: you are told "we are a 24/7 culture" and there's only 20 days of holiday per year, which is the bare minimum - Lack of organisation: lurch to the left, lurch to the right - People are hired and fired super regularly - The worst culture I've ever worked in -> it's reminiscent of places like Amazon but without the good bits
