Don’t know how to communicate at all, managers and employees. Didn’t handle me getting laid off right at alll. Didn’t even tell me or inform me that I was going to get payed off because the food truck was failing. Didn’t have No back up plan for us , manager didn’t help me through this at all either. Manager and I didn’t even converse prior to me being layed off. Got COVID , called off the days with pto. Next thing you know I was off the schedule no warning or unemployment or transfer.
