Great Pay; was full time and a lot of overtime. The first serious full-time position I have ever had.

Laid off too quick for no reason. This company seemed to be thriving and was giving a lot of overtime and customers was calling the center non-stop so there seemed to be definitely a need for this position. I understand why the department was outsourced to India. Why couldn’t they have kept the position in the states and also India. Or just kept the position in the states due to the clientele mostly lives in the US.
