Vantaggi
Great vision and purposeful work. The company has grown substantially in the last couple of years, so there is definitely opportunity to learn and grow if you have a strong work ethic and want to make meaningful advances in your career faster than you can at a large company. However, in a smaller company you will be required to have an adaptive and positive attitude; it can get very busy as changes and challenges come up. This shouldn't be a problem if you truly enjoy what you do and look at the totality of the company's mission. A collaborative environment is encouraged here. I've learned a lot and have promoted. I am very appreciative that I have been able to be a participate in decision-making and engage in things I'm truly interested in. It is true that turnover was a problem for some time, but management all the way up to the President have worked hard on correcting this- we have seen drastic improvements in the last year. I have seen consistent improvement in ALL areas since starting with ReGreen.
Svantaggi
Limited training - Everyone is quite busy but has good intentions. Prepare to learn as you work. Management will be happy to help, just schedule a time with them. Growing pains - hours can be long at times while appropriate staff gets hired and up to speed. This is not unusual for a smaller company. * These "cons" are just the reality of being part of a small team dealing with large project and customers. If you cannot work both independently and collaboratively, aren't a strong problem solver and must leave at 5pm on the dot or before, then ReGreen is not the place for you.
