Lots of opportunities to learn new and grow professionally, including international and cross-functional transfers No micro-management but supportive leadership with a commitment to help the team grow professionally

Some say that the salary level is not high enough but I don't have such experience and when asked for a raise, my feedback has been listened to and the management has been very transparent about any salary-related changes
