One Sweatshirt for five days of a week and make you turn in the old one to get a new one. No Christmas Party. Technicians aren’t invited to the catered office parties. Christmas bonus is just a weeks pay and not based off performance. Zero merit or recognition for the good techs. Good techs get the same treatment as the bad techs. Camera facing you in the van. Non competitive pay, very low for industry standards. Have to install other techs parts even when they don’t know what they’re doing on a job. Board of Directors makes decisions for you and you’ll never actually meet them. Wawa overtime calls come in 24/7, +60 hours a week when on call. Terrible insurance policy, the copays are very high. Don’t buy you any tools, all tools are purchased with your own money, even an electrical meter. Very few good techs left and a lot of bad ones. They cycle the few good techs through all the call backs and don’t compensate them properly. You have to be a “good ol’ boy” to move up in management or go anywhere. Managers are all controlled by the board of directors and can’t do anything extra for you.
