There were truly no pros in my experience. One of the worst managed data research and implementation organizations I have ever worked at in my career.

Several. The salaries are not very competitive but I was hired with promises of promotion, fast tracks to the next level, etc., none of which happened and when I asked in my performance review I was informed to be thankful I had the position and just keep working harder (was already putting in 50+ hours a week).
If you like working somewhere that is stuck in the early 2000's, is run by old men, and essentially old-school management structure and priniciples, then this is the place for you. Even the office looks like something out of the 90's / early 2000's.
