Awful place to be employed - Recensione dipendente - Collection Specialist presso RENT RECOVERY SOLUTIONS

The staff are kind and generally speaking easy to get along with. Coworkers were all friendly, and conversation was open and welcoming. There are firm expectations for performance and strict daily deadlines, but that is to be expected of any job, and this helped me keep on top of my work. Questions are welcome and encouraged. You will learn a lot on the job, and there is a training manual with step by step instructions for nearly all processes.

Location; it was a long commute for me, and Atlanta traffic can be unpredictable.

It's a pay check twice a month

Everything else!!!! Really nothing good to say! They treat thier employees like they are expendable. Unfortunately and unapologetically just rude to the debtors. They tell you that all debtors are LIARS!!! If you don't have that mentality then you won't fair well or last very long.. It's like a revolving door because either people are being threatened, fired or constantly quitting. Run don't walk!!!! Nightmare job!
