Glen Ko is unprofessional and one of the most obtuse and abusive of CEO's. He will focus for days on a simple draft email and while he has no comprehension of basic grammar and syntax will berate a given individual over simple sentence structure. When he does not understand a given theme/concept, he becomes argumentative and belligerent. OCD rules at RES. The turnover rate is ridiculous for such a small company. People either leave in disgust or are forced out because they ask to be treated fairly.
Quite a few clients pick up on this dysfunction and is testament to the lack of growth. The few people that are able to work in this type of environment simply have few options and do their best to adapt.
