Glen Ko is unprofessional and one of the most obtuse and abusive of CEO's. He will focus for days on a simple draft email and while he has no comprehension of basic grammar and syntax will berate a given individual over simple sentence structure. People either leave in disgust or are forced out because they ask to be treated fairly. Quite a few clients pick up on this dysfunction and is testament to the lack of growth.
