It's all about the big dogs. If you're not related to someone in their corporate office, don't expect much. They only care about making money and cutting corners to make sure less people make more money on the jobs so that they get more in corporate instead of caring to pay their employees. The staring rate vs the amount you end up making in many years doesn't add up to the pay deserved in a normal company. The turnover rate is so high and says it all. They are a company that's been around for years and now they are finally being seen for the scandless ways they do business. They won't be around too much longer.
