Poor leadership and lack of technical support in Water Resources team - Recensione dipendente - Engineer presso RESPEC

I worked under the Water Resources manager in the Sarasota office and unfortunately it was a very negative experience. I could not continue for more than one month before resigning. There was a clear lack of leadership, team management, and technical design skills. Whenever I needed guidance or support, my questions were often avoided or answered incorrectly, which made it very difficult to perform my job effectively. It created a stressful and unprofessional work environment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working under this management
