Coworkers are great, good education for new injectors.

Poor pay, moving payscale that the owners change without notice. They have the opportunity to keep amazing staff and instead let them leave because they don’t want to pay industry standards. Owners will argue with eachother in front of staff and are not on the same page. They want to grow to multiple locations but can’t maintain employees. Money crunching everywhere.

Management. The sisters yell at each other on slack and in the locations all the time. No decision can be made by anyone but the CEO. She is to power hungry. Operations and the contract management gal are completely fake.
