I've found a company with a great culture and smart and entertaining co-workers. They have encouraged my personal and professional growth.

With a company that is focused on quick growth, sometimes it gets a little overwhelming for me. My previous employers were large corporations that didn't need my help growing and expanding. Here, my feedback is integral to the company's growth and it really forces me to think outside the box a little.
