You will learn about funding, agile dev, rapid growth, disruption, etc. You will find "cool" people on teams who you may very well bond/connect with. You will learn a lot about yourself & what you like/dislike.

Don't look to REX for a long-term career. Mgmt has antiquated mindsets and views the employees as disposable. Engineering: The technology is incredibly basic but marketed as innovative & disruptive. Sales: Customers will be QUITE disappointed. Customers are often screwed for a lack of better term. The hours vary by position but your time is not respected. Dissenting opinions are frowned down upon.
