REX's failure was due to the incompetence of it's leadership and their bad decision making. "Whole REX" was a disastrous plan that was rolled out. The Zillow situation was the nail in the coffin. Because REX didn't have their own magic technology to match buyers to homes as they falsely advertised . They worked like every other Realtor and For sale by owner. They depended on Zillow. What kind of business model depends on someone else's technology? And lies about it....REX was a fraud
