I've spent two decades with this company and I've always felt the management and employees were super professional. A long-time local Austin company servicing primarily State/Local/Education entities. Also, the company is "employee-owned" so you will accrue shares in the company over your career.

Health care costs are expensive...but whose isn't?

Family feel. Management listens and cares about their employees. You really feel like you are part of a team from the top down. Also, I worked with the smartest developer I have ever worked with.I grew tons working for this company.

Do to the company structure, growth opportunities aren't the greatest. You can stay a developer at RFD for 20 years. To some that is a plus.
