Room to grow, friendly team, great mission

Can be a tough population to work with

It is a helpful, welcoming environment, where the administrators let the teachers guide the students through the day at their own pace. Every classroom is very different from the others, given it is a school that specializes in emotional disabilities. The admin are very involved in disciplinary actions. It makes the job easy.

Working Summers is by far the worst part of this job, and you are hardly compensated for it.
