The IT department and people within it are personable and full of knowledge with the ability and desire to help with anything you may need. The benefits are wonderful and continue to improve. Working alone at track and handling all aspect of information technology during the race weekend resulted in a personal growth of wisdom and experience. The ability to make a difference in an industry with so much visibility made this a wonderful opportunity in my career.

Lots of travel, but this is something that is clearly defined and acknowledged when accepting the position.The amount of travel is high, more difficult to maintain a personal life outside of work.

The team is motivated and driven to succeed. They have a long, and impressive history in NASCAR and carry forth that pride in the team.

Management oscillates between micro-managing and giving little- to no- direction at all. The team is struggling on the track and on the corporate side and trying to stay afloat. While most have good intentions, moral is low and in-fighting is high.
