The IT department and people within it are personable and full of knowledge with the ability and desire to help with anything you may need. The benefits are wonderful and continue to improve. Stressful, everything is always a panic. Poor management. Entire department is micromanaged. 55 hr/wk is required, anything less and management looks down on you. Minimal PTO. Too many meetings.
