(Again if your about this life it’s a blast, but it’s not for everyone) Team events often (only a con if your anti social and don’t like having fun) Co-workers constantly try and do better than you (only a con if you don’t want to be challenged)

Very positive and rewarding company. They only want you to do well, and really emphasize the importance of honesty and integrity when it comes to the REI industry. Building good relationships, leading with the intent of creating value, tending to the client even after a transaction, is highly encouraged. Having a smooth and clean process is essential. Overall, the company wants every single party in the transaction to be respected and doesn’t cut corners. I hold myself to the same standard. So I’m glad that the company I work for, doesn’t get in my way and has the same interests.
