Poor standards of management.Private Clique,work-spouse dynamics,Credit-stealing, gossip, blame games, whisper campaigns, and sabotage everything ,you think can be seen here.without setting proper roles and responsibilities , no proper training , no proper HR policies ..you will be asked to leave at any time without a reason.High risk job to any ones career.People will be sacked if asked for maternity leave.If you want to continue as a consultant of any ERP this is not right place.
