Don't trust the positive reviews Shouting and yelling is common place; there is no respect for others, especially those at the junior levels or disadvantaged. Bullying is normal and even encouraged so long as they get what they want. No wonder their staff attrition is so high; some even resign without a job There are so many unwritten rules about everything and so much secrecy. Luckily, my boss is nice and professional but most are not. Employees are expected to work crazy long hours and do more than one person's job
