A long time ago the company seemed on track. They had finances and paid employees and vendors. They had talent and produced spec work and films and tv series with legit partners

The last few years they have been run into the ground. The CEO has delusions of of being a big deal, while she is a nobody with no business acumen. She runs the company by promoting the finance guy who ran them into the ground on multiple occasions. They basically forced employees to take part in a cultish "positive thinking" program and shamed staff for complaining when not paid for extended time gaps. All the while peddling BS about taking the company public - with no assets and no cash flow no talent. They did not pay health insurance and employees. And They took taxes from your check but never gave it to the IRS. All the while, the legal dept. turned a blind eye. When it comes to the actual work side, they don't have a clear vision of what they are do, they hire people with the wrong experience to lead and then it all falls apart. In a nut shell, they are a mess and you will not further your career, enhance your portfolio or pay your mortgage if you work for these jokers.
