I have been working for RGI for 11 years now. What so amazing is that I had this chance to work with smart and dedicated teams who have been great source of inspiration because of their exemplary positive working attitude. The company had grown so fast mainly because of the unique efforts put together by the management and its employees to provide the best possible products and services to our clients. The strong leadership of the CEO plays a key role here. The quick turnaround of every project has always been of paramount importance mainly because that was the best possible way to continuously sustain the demands of our clients. Being part of a customer-driven team is quite fulfilling. I’ve learned a lot from the top management, and the people I have been working with for so many years. They helped enhance my personal values, and my job skills and knowledge. The daily interactions with global offices have always been great experiences. RGI does not only help protect the welfare of its employees, but also the company has always been concerned about employees’ well beings, regardless of their position status in the organization.

Our team is basically responsible for the integrity of the product-related data. To help adhere to this key principle, we hope that the management will continue to explore a useful “program” that can help automate the management reports, thus eliminating the manual reports.
