The hiring procedure for the warehouse employee position seemed extremely non-transparent and suspicious to me. All stages, including the final job offer, were conducted exclusively by phone and email, without a personal meeting. The main problem lies in a significant discrepancy between the job vacancy and the proposed conditions: 1. In the job description, a driver's license was listed as a bonus, not a requirement. 2. I was asked to sign not only a standard employment contract but also an agreement for driver duties, which implies driving corporate vehicles. When I objected that I was applying for a warehouse position and was not prepared to take on transportation responsibilities, the manager replied that this was a "standard contract" and the clause could not be removed. I was told that driving would only be required "in case of an emergency," but this vague condition was not specified in the contract. Thus, the company is attempting to have me sign a contract that imposes additional duties, risks, and liability that were not originally stated in the vacancy. From the company's side, this looks like misleading practices and an attempt to impose undesirable working conditions.
