      Where do i start? The VPs in this area are toxic. If your ready to be abused by the head of textiles this job is for you. Constant belittling, in front of colleagues is a daily experience. Moody managing that tears every ounce of love for what you do as a profession. If your a creative type run the other direction. You will be so disenchanted after working with the VP you will wanna switch careers. Or just get yourself a good therapist along with the job.

Instead of using the plethora of experience on their teams to help create and execute fair and equitable solutions to grow the culture and business, alike; they force positional changes, demand that serving staff supplement the income of other support positions and refuse to uphold any of the values and foundations the culture is allegedly built around.
