Right away the company has great training, they throw you through the gauntlet in your first 13 weeks which I think helps establish a lot of good habits early on in your career. Fast paced job that is high energy, hard to find yourself bored day in and day out working here. Very non-BS culture as well, very to the point and there is a lack of sugar coating when they provide you feedback (I think it a good thing). If you are coming from a sports background and have thick skin, you'll enjoy the way you're managed here. There are a lot of doers in the company - not much sitting around and attending pointless corporate meetings as well. The #1 reason why I gave a 4-star rating were the people overall. From my Director, to my Practice Lead and my manager all were great guys that I respected a lot. Not to mention with all the time you spend working here you do grow close with a lot of the guys in the pit which made work feel less like work. Pay is also very good if you are a top producer.

With all the Pros being said - This job best fits someone who is very money and career driven, who is willing to put in the hours and sacrifices. Do not take this job because you're just looking for a weekly paycheck, your not going to last long at all. -Work life balance: You work long hours, it is what it is. If you have a hobby outside of work it's probably going to have to be put on the back burner for a bit -Can be cult like: There's a large emphasis on going out with the team on Thursday's and occasionally Friday's. I understand it's important for team building and to show face etc. But at the end of the day, you spend enough time with these people at work, go home and do something else. -Pay (was also a Pro): If your not pumping in spread for a while your hourly pay is going to be pretty bad when you break it down by all the hours you work. That also goes back to my previous point though where if you take this job for a paycheck then your screwed from the start.

Free coffee and a lesson in what corporate gaslighting looks like. If you want to learn exactly how a modern boiler room works and get decent at handling cold-call rejection, you'll get that. Good for a line on a resume right out of college, but only if you plan on using it as a stepping stone to escape to a real company within 6 months.

A total bait-and-switch operation targeting desperate recent grads. I was promised a $50k salary + commission during the interview process. The moment I started, that magically devolved into $23/hr, then dropped further to $20/hr. Expect to work 60+ brutal hours a week while only getting paid for 48—straight-up uncompensated overtime labor. The commission structure is completely broken and rigged. Every time you are close to a meaningful commission check, management "audits" the accounts under a microscope just to find a technicality to claw it back so the company can pocket your hard work. High-churn, zero boundaries, and a culture built on micromanagement and empty promises.
