I spent nearly 3 years at RHM and helped open up the Nashville office back in 2020 and can't say enough good things about my time here. The experiences, the relationships and the lifelong friends I made, the skills I learned, the money, etc. I don't regret a second of it. RHM isn't for everyone but, if you want to make circa $100,000+, have a clear pathway into leadership/management, and learn more about sales skills/processes all within 6-18 months - Then this is the place to work - I have experienced this personally and seen plenty of people in a short period of time start making more money than 10+ year sales reps at other companies. They offer one of the highest base salaries in the industry, have a very attractive commission/bonus scheme, car/phone allowances, yearly raises, and a very lucrative employee stock program. Even if you don't stay at the company forever, RHM will teach you how to succeed in a competitive sales environment, hard work, and will develop and sharpen your skills unlike any other "entry level" role and you will become an infinitely more valuable candidate to any employer.

Again, RHM is not for everyone - If you aren't looking to put the work in that it takes to make a lot of money at a early stage in your career.. then its not for you.. If you are looking for a remote job where you are going to work 9-5.. then it's not for you. It is not the easiest job in the world - you will work hard, you will be challenged, but with that comes unmatched opportunity and reward.
