I genuinely believe that RHP’s work is both meaningful and impactful, making a real difference in the lives of its customers and employees alike. The salary is competitive within the industry, and the overall benefits package is exceptional. RHP offers flexibility in both working hours and location, supporting a healthy work–life balance. The pension scheme is one of the strongest I’ve encountered, even compared to those in the private sector. In addition, the health plan is generous and straightforward to use, further enhancing the overall employee experience.

As a registered provider of affordable housing, there is often a strong emphasis on maximising efficiency with available resources. This isn’t unique to RHP, but rather a characteristic of the sector as a whole and something worth considering if you’re thinking about making a move into it.

Very supportive of employees, many perks. RHP is a rapidly growing company so there are growing pains but management and HR always have an open door to address concerns. Yes, some departments have more growth positions than others but all managers I've observed are fair and supportive. Pay and benefits are good from my vantage point of view.

With all growing companies, there are growing pains. A department may become overloaded while RHP adjusts to bring in more people. Nature of the double-edged sword. In my seven years there, I've seen nothing more effort to support employees.

They could standardize their "promote from within" policy. Some managers are great about it, others not so much.
