Terrible micromanagement, h.r. does not accommodate any type of doctors notes even threatening my job and benifits thru passive aggressive e-mails. The company absolutely wastes money and when you give them suggestions on how to save money they just write you up and say that you're not working at a better pace. They require you to work overtime with little or no notice. The insurance is God awful it cost almost half of your paycheck. They took all of maintenance duties away from maintenance and hire out contractors instead. Some managers are treated better than others because they're the friend of the Rm.
