      -The pay is below industry average -The company charges for direct deposit, uniforms, mailing checks and offers no benefits. -The employee retention rate is below industry average -Orientation is not paid -The company has a habit of alienating client's needs -Upper level management is disconnected from the actual work being done -Offers no skills training to guards -Has very few managers to manage the many sites that they serve

      Lots of work sites, easy hiring process as long as you're not a drug addict, corporate office wants to make sure client needs are met in a cost effective manner, uniforms issued same day and is cheap; paid by a 5 dollar uniform deposit weekly that's paid back when you return uniforms when you quit.

      Svantaggi

      Low pay(they're being the cheapest contract somehow right?), the health insurance is so expensive nobody can really afford it and to make ends meet, the reason I recommend as a second job/part time gig.
