unclear path for growth, lack of communication from partners, constant stress surrounding RFPs, too few people to produce high-quality work/meet client expectations, no professional training or growth encouragement, high turn-over in 2021, lack of inclusion when smaller agencies are acquired and brought in, tension between creatives and account employees over schedules/working hours/client expectations

Thank you for this review. It is good to hear that the WFH options worked well for you. It is no secret that our location is still somewhat new, so knowing it was convenient is great feedback. Our weekly company-wide, company updates video from the partners is a consistent, proactive communication channel but we will consider other tactics. And there is no doubt that responding to RFPs are intense times at agencies, especially now when every industry is facing recruitment challenges.
