State politics seem to affect operations more every year.

Benefits are average to industry; need to be reviewed.

Work environment is horrible, never rewarded for above and beyond, pay increase is always same for all. Slanderous comments on reviews without validation from insecure, incompetent management whom they would rather keep than good employees. No room for advancement, bring in outsiders from outside who know nothing about environment. Lie about compensation studies; try to make you believe that you are compensated adequately. If you are a good employee and have a lot to offer, do not waste anytime here. Treated like you are in kindergarten. . No opportunities for advancement.
