Working at RIM is like working for free, won't get salaries on time, won't get PF at all they will deduct every month but won't credit the same to PF account, Everyday they will ask us to extend nad work, even on weekends also you need to work without any extra pay, Management is not employee supportive, you have to work like a slave there
