Awful company for anybody to work for - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso RIMOWA

They lie to their employees about everything. Promised no layoffs to everybody and then a week later they laid off 149 people (people on afternoon shift found out about it via the news) and they cancelled afternoon shift, after that was done the employees were promised a raise based on their job knowledge, they are now being told that they will not be receiving those raises anymore. The people who were kept from afternoons got sent to days without option and we’re just fill ins and extras, and don’t get treated fairly because their just an “afternooner.” You get a 1 dollar raise after your first year ON THAT POSITION and then you get no more raises. The HR department is the worst I’ve ever seen. Somebody goes up there with a problem and then after they leave the ladies in HR will make fun of said employee and they are the worst for gossiping. They give people jobs in the office with no job knowledge over people with job knowledge because their friends outside of work. I have never seen a company like this ever in my life. Employees are always sent home early or told there’s no work at all because they don’t have the parts. With all my years and experience working in a factory I have to say this is by far the worst! Avoid it at all costs !!
