Long process - Recensione dipendente - Process Associate presso RISEOTB

The salary is basic, a little lower than the market standard and they barely give any raise. I got a raise 2 years after joining the company and my seniors got it after 4 years. I was luckily landed in a team that had a good TL (Team Lead), but majority of the teams had extremely frustrated and toxic TLs, making the work environment unbearable for the team. A lot of people resigned because of the toxic and inhuman treatment. The process is extremely length, yes 'extremely' and it's almost never ending, new updates come every other day.
