This was one of my favorite organizations to work for.

RISQ Consulting is a fast paced company that strives to provide a great work environment for its staff, go above and beyond for its clients, and be able to give back to its community. If you don't like being pushed out of your comfort zone, or able to adapt to change, this is probably not the place for you. This company offers an environment in which you have the opportunity to challenge and truly develop yourself in your career, but not in a way where you're expected to work a ton of overtime. The company also strives to find ways that you can focus on your strengths and be able to do things that you care about most.

There is a wide variety of work, which can become overwhelming if you don't have a good way to prioritize it. Working at RISQ is very self-driven, so if you are not a self-starter, you might find it difficult.
