My experience at RIVA has been nothing but positive. I started off as an intern and was internally promoted within a few months. My colleagues have quickly become like family to me, and we all work incredibly hard and are dedicated to our work. I greatly appreciate Naveen (our CEO) giving us a "flex" option for working - both for remote work and for needing to take time off on occasion. I feel blessed to work in an environment that promotes both team AND individual success!
